“ Santa Fe Bees is awesomeeee!! The staff is super nice, and the food is delicious! We had a hard time deciding what to get, but eventually went with the halfchicken and Christmas tamales. 1010 recommend! There are a lot of different places to sit toowe sat in the front under the red umbrellas. Loved the pay phone and the red chilies too. This is a real New Mexican restaurant, and they make you feel like family. We will bee back! ”

“ We ate lunch here today. We wanted a local experience. To be frank, itll be a lunch well long remember. The fish and shrimp tacos were simply wonderful. Fresh mango, avocado, tomato and finely chopped cabbage. The beans and fluffy rice sides made a great meal. They have a full menu so go and be prepared to be impressed. And when you go, tell Jorge that the two ladies from Kansas City sent you! You will not regret it. ”

We actually came by twice during our trip because of how much we loved it . The Renee steak platter and the tamale plate are out of this world. I had the half chicken plate outside as the sunset on a cool spring evening. The decor of ristras and burrito pay phone make sure you know youre in Santa Fe. This is a casual Mexican, New Mexican, American, vegetarian restaurant. I made a good choice coming this way, instead of the restaurants Ive been to many times before. Go. Please go. “ Santa Fe Bees should be at the top of your list if youre craving New Mexican fare. Their green chile stew, with fresh vegetables, chunks of green chile, and a perfectly spiced broth, tasted incredible on a chilly night. Their enchilada platter, with pinto beans cooked to tender perfection, left me utterly sated. My husband kept sneaking sips of my cinnamonsoaked horchata. I cant wait to go back to enjoy more of their menu. We sat on the heated, enclosed porch, and soaked up the casual, friendly atmosphere. ”
